Yes, you need an account to place an order.
You can create an account by clicking on "My Account" at the top right of the home page, then selecting "Register". You can then fill out the registration form to create your account.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Yes, you can change your order within 30 minutes of placing it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After this period, you will not be able to cancel the order.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification, by sending an email to email@example.com. Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned within 14 days of this decision. Altered products will not be refunded. Non-conforming returns will be rejected, with no refund or charge.
Some online-only products are non-refundable, as they are made to order. For items defective on delivery, an exchange is possible within seven days. On-screen colors may differ.
Exchange : You can exchange a product within fourteen (14) days.
Damaged or sealed products unsealed after delivery cannot be exchanged for reasons of hygiene.
