Processing time for orders is 5-10 days. 5 to 10 business days.
French orders
All orders shipped to an address in France will be shipped via DHL / UPS / Chronopost / Colissimo, delivery is 48h.
European Union orders
Delivery between 3 to 4 days shipped with DHL / UPS / Chronopost.
International orders
Delivery between 7 and 9 days shipped with DHL / UPS / Chronopost.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number to use to track your order.
EXCHANGE
As each piece is made to order, we are therefore unable to offer a refund.
In the rare case of an item that is defective on delivery, an exchange of the product is offered. In the absence of written notification within seven days, all liability of CARINE D’YRSAN is then declined.
